Developed jointly by Porsche's Weissach engineers and Manthey-Racing - the team behind Porsche's factory Nürburgring efforts. The conversion brings a bespoke coilover suspension setup, a carbon fibre underbody, additional front aerodynamic elements, and lightweight magnesium wheels, meaningfully increasing downforce at both axles over an already track-honed platform. It was a Manthey-kitted GT2 RS that became the fastest road-legal production car ever to lap the Nürburgring Nordschleife.
