Seller's description
This 997-era Porsche 911 GT2 Clubsport is a blisteringly fast and rare performance car. It is powered by Porsche's legendary 530hp 3.6-litre twin-turbocharged Mezger flat-six, representing one of the final generations of Porsche's celebrated race-derived engine architecture, coupled to a six-speed manual transmission. Scarce even among GT2s: only 1,242 997 GT2s were built, and it is believed that fewer than 20 left-hand-drive cars were built in Clubsport guise for 2009, making this an exceptionally uncommon specification within an already very limited production run. This C32-market example was supplied to the UAE in December 2008, It was purchased by the current owner in May 2010 from the original owner with 5,502km (3,416 miles) on the odometer. It was imported to the UK and first registered with the DVLA in June 2014 with 34,899km (21,684 miles) on the odometer. The seller notes that it was put into climate-controlled storage in June 2019. The odometer shows 43,922 km (27,264 miles), which the seller believes to be genuine. Equipment and features It is finished in Basalt Black metallic over a black leather and Alcantara-trimmed interior with extensive carbon-fibre accents. It rides on 19-inch black alloy wheels housing yellow brake callipers over carbon-ceramic discs. Equipment includes the Clubsport Package (M003), six-point seat belts, a half roll-cage, carbon-fibre-backed bucket seats, Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), factory-fitted fire extinguisher/bracket, and the Sport Chrono Package Plus. Accompanied by service documentation, an original Porsche indoor cover, a full manual, and two keys. Condition Please refer to the photo gallery to assess the exterior and interior condition. Specific notes from the seller include: one nick on one of the wing mirrors. Details of an overrev report are available in the photo gallery. The most recent MOT test was on 30 October 2026 at 27,315 miles, resulting a first-time pass with no advisories. Service history The seller states that it was most recently serviced in October 2026 at Porsche Centre Mid-Sussex, where it was fitted with four brand new Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tyres, TPMS refit, and full 12 month MOT Please note, the mileage recorded in the service book for the May 2025 service is incorrect (shown as 27,764 miles), and the correct mileage for this service is shown on the associated Porsche Centre Mid-Sussex invoice as 27,264 miles. Previous service history is available in the photo gallery. Summary The 997-era Porsche 911 GT2 is a formidable, driver-focused performance car, renowned for its raw power, engaging manual gearbox, and track-honed performance. This example stands out with its Clubsport specification and would make a thrilling addition to any collection of high-performance Porsches and promises to captivate its next enthusiast owner on the road or track.
