Seller's description
Rare Clubsport (M003 option code) One of 70 UK-supplied cars Atlas Grey 46,559 miles 3.6-litre Mezger flat-six, 381bhp Rev-range report Black Nomex Recaro bucket seats Red six-point Schroth racing harnesses Roll cage (inc. front sections) Fire extinguisher Battery cut-off switch preparation Carbon fibre trim inlays Porsche CDR23 stereo Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tyres Full service history, most recently RPM Technik August 2026 MOT, no advisories Among the 996.2 GT3s supplied to the UK, just 70 were ordered with Porsche’s M003 Clubsport package. Black Nomex Recaro bucket seats, red six-point Schroth harnesses, a roll cage (with front sections included), a fire extinguisher and preparation for a battery cut-off switch pushed the already focused GT3 further towards its motorsport roots. That low order count also makes the UK-market Clubsport rarer than the 996 GT3 RS. This particular example is finished in Atlas Grey and has covered 46,559 miles from new. Factory carbon fibre trim inlays continue the more purposeful theme inside, while air conditioning and a Porsche CDR23 stereo add a little welcome civility. Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tyres are fitted, while Opposite Stock's preparation has included a new front splitter alongside a full paint correction and body detail. Inspection confirms the body panels and factory seams as original throughout, with no evidence of accident damage or repair. Power comes from the famed 3.6-litre Mezger flat-six, part of Porsche’s motorsport-derived engine family. In 996.2 form it produces 381bhp at 7,400rpm and 284lb ft at 5,000rpm and is known for its evocative soundtrack and razor-sharp throttle response. The car spent a number of years registered in the Channel Islands, kept in a milder climate with no winter road use, which goes some way to explaining its condition today. It also accounts for the gap in UK MOT records between 2009 and 2021, as private cars registered there during that period were not subject to the UK’s annual MOT regime. Its service history spans 20 years and 15 recorded visits, moving from Porsche Centre Reading through Channel Islands dealers and specialists to JZM Porsche and RPM Technik, including five major services along the way. The most recent, carried out by RPM Technik in August 2026, covered all fluids and filters, spark plugs and a full health inspection. A complete breakdown, with dates, mileages and providers, follows below. In the interests of full transparency, an independent technical inspection carried out in July 2021 at 30,427 miles included an ECU rev-range analysis. The report recorded brief historic Range 2 activity, equating to roughly half a second of total running time, which the inspecting specialist considered of no great concern on a GT3. The car has subsequently covered more than 16,000 miles while remaining in specialist care throughout. The complete inspection and rev-range report is available to prospective buyers. All enquiries will be handled by Mark, our managing director, who has two decades of experience owning many GT Porsches of every generation. Having thoroughly inspected this particular car on our own ramp, we can confidently say its underside represents the best-condition 996 we have encountered to date. A private registration plate is included in the sale. Underside videos and a full walkaround are available on request. Enquiries are welcome by telephone, email or WhatsApp, with viewing by appointment at our Berwick-upon-Tweed showroom.
